Mitsubishi Materials U.S.A. Corporation ("MMUS"), requires that all persons or entities visiting any MMUS sites (collectively, "Site") agree to the following terms and conditions ("TC"). By accessing a Site, you confirm your agreement to and acceptance of these TC. If you do not agree or do not wish to abide by these TC, you may not use the MMUS Site or download any materials.

Use of Information
Unless otherwise specified, copyright in all copyrightable subject matter on any site is owned by MMUS. You may not copy or display for redistribution to third parties for commercial purposes any portion of the site content without the prior written permission of MMUS.
Documents posted by MMUS on a site may contain other proprietary notices or describe products, services, processes, or technologies owned by MMUS or other third parties. Nothing contained herein shall be construed by implication, estoppel, or otherwise as granting to the user a license under any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights of MMUS or any third party.

Trademarks, Service Marks, and Other Intellectual Property
The MMUS name and logo and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks, service marks, or registered trademarks of MMUS and may not be used in any manner without the prior written consent of MMUS. Other products and service marks are marks of their respective owners.

Consent to Monitoring and Disclosure
MMUS is under no obligation to monitor the information residing or transmitted to this site. However, anyone accessing this site agrees that MMUS may monitor the site to (1) comply with any necessary laws, regulations, or governmental requests; (2) to, in its sole discretion, operate the Site in a manner it deems proper or to protect against conduct it deems inappropriate. MMUS shall have the right, but not the obligation, to reject or eliminate any information residing on or transmitted to the site that it, in its sole discretion, believes is unacceptable or inconsistent with these TC.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act - Copyright Infringement
Pursuant to Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, all claims of copyright infringement for material that is believed to be residing on MMUS's site, system or network, should be promptly sent in the form of written communication to MMUS's Designated Agent.
All claims must include the following information:

Applicable Law and Forum
The MMUS Site, these TC, and any disputes arising in connection therewith shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. The state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising in connection with the MMUS Site or these TC. You agree to submit to the exclusive and personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.
